Bill O'Reilly sends one of his producers to harass Bill Moyers at the National Conference for Media Reform. today. Of course Moyers delivers a smack down of epic proportions.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- A Hillary Clinton spokesman told reporters on a flight over South Dakota that Clinton has no plans of dropping out of the race at her election night celebration in New York City tomorrow night.
"She is in this race until we have a nominee, she still believes there is a path for her to become that nominee," said spokesman Mo Elleithee. "I think it's pretty clear that she is not conceding." When asked "Will you deny that she is dropping out tomorrow night?" Elleithee responded, "Yes."
"In till we have a nominee" is in Denver in August. McCain isn't the republican nominee yet, he's a presumptive nominee. So will be Obama after he has the right number of delegates. She is not going to quit. Icky Ickes confirms:
Kos vs Limbaugh

This diary is not a troll. I'm quite a fan of kos and his writing on this site. I'm pretty recent here so I don't know that much of the site's history.
Anyway, I was reading back the diaries from January, to see what the feelings were about Michigan before and on the day of the primary...

[Update]Conversation with a "white working class American"
Sun May 11, 2008 at 07:23:10 PM PDT
I had a conversation with my neighbor today. We talked a bit about the democratic race and she told me she voted for Clinton. She was now going to vote for McCain. Not out of spite, but out of fear. She said she wouldn't vote for the black guy, but she isn't racist. And I doubt she is. The issue is much bigger. She said she wouldn't vote for Obama because somehow it would make blacks be the privileged citizens. She said she was afraid to vote for a black person because Obama would put blacks above whites when deciding on issues like taxes and welfare.
WV expectations thread

As poblano says on his site
Obama campaign has one more vulnerability in this race, which is that the results of West Virginia are going to be much worse than most of the media seems to understand. We're talking a 25-point loss if he has big momentum coming out of North Carolina. That's on a good day. On a bad day, he could lose by 40-50 points. Congressional Districts throughout the Appalachians that are similar to West Virginia have gone to Clinton by 2:1 or 3:1 margins.
There is no doubt Obama is going to lose WV by a giant percentage.
Party Loyalty
Fri May 09, 2008 at 07:35:09 AM PDT
First a few sentences to introduce myself. I moved to the US 6 years ago from Eastern Europe. I’m an atheist and coming from a soviet state, never been indoctrinated by religion. Most of my views are the same as that of the Democratic Party. Coming from a social state, my views on education and health care are socialist. Each one of my parent graduated 2 colleges and didn’t pay a penny for it. My mother also had 2 heart operations and a caesarean section, again for free. Something like that is not possible here, and it’s a shame. I think on foreign policy, my views are more like Ron Paul’s than either of the candidates, but Obama is the closest one to that. I have a green card, but I am not a citizen yet. I decided I’d put my allegiance to this country on the presidential election. Simple as that, I told my friends if Obama is the winner of the GE I’d get my citizenship.
McCain offended by Obama? OH MY!! (Update)

What will happen in the next few weeks
Wed May 07, 2008 at 11:17:20 AM PDT
Not many question who the democratic nominee is at this point. The real question is when Clinton will drop out and wether the Democratic party will be split.
In the next few weeks Hillary has to repair the rift in the party.
Hillary ran so much anti-Obama ads in the last few weeks that she polarized the party.
As of this morning her ads are not anti-Obama, and are anti-Republican instead.
This is how Clinton is going to save face as a politician.
